Pesta Penulis Singapura (Singapore Writers Festival – SWF) merupakan salah sebuah acara persuratan Asia yang terpenting, dianjurkan oleh Majlis Seni Kebangsaan. Dimulakan pada 1986, pesta ini berfungsi serampang dua mata iaitu memperkenalkan penulisan orang Singapura dan Asia yang baharu dan mula bertunas kepada khalayak antarabangsa, selain mengenalkan bakat-bakat persuratan dunia yang utama kepada orang Singapura.
